Reseller Terms & Conditions

These Reseller Terms and Conditions ("Reseller Agreement") govern your participation in the ArabiTrader Reseller Program. By applying for and using a reseller account, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our standard Terms of Service.

1. Reseller Program Overview

The ArabiTrader Reseller Program allows approved individuals and businesses ("Resellers") to offer a white-labeled version of the ArabiTrader platform under their own brand name and subdomain. Resellers manage their own client base and set their own pricing.

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have a valid email address and contact information
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where reselling financial information services is prohibited
• Approval is at ArabiTrader's sole discretion

1.2 Approval Process

Submission of a reseller application does not guarantee approval. ArabiTrader reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

2. Reseller Obligations

2.1 Accurate Representation

Resellers must accurately represent the nature of the service to their clients. You must clearly communicate to all clients that:

• Signals are generated by AI and technical analysis and are approximate only
• Signals may be incorrect and past performance does not guarantee future results
• Trading involves significant risk of loss
• The service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice
• ArabiTrader is not responsible for any trading losses

2.2 Risk Disclosure to Clients

You must ensure that every client you onboard has read and agreed to a risk disclosure statement before accessing signals. At minimum, this disclosure must state that trading involves risk and signals are not financial advice.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

• Representing signals as guaranteed profits or risk-free
• Claiming a specific win rate without reference to our verified track record
• Targeting vulnerable individuals including those with gambling addiction
• Operating in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law
• Reselling access to users who are minors
• Using ArabiTrader branding without explicit written permission
• Sub-licensing or re-reselling reseller access to third parties

2.4 Client Limit

Each reseller account has a maximum client limit based on their approved plan. You may not exceed this limit without upgrading your plan.

3. Billing and Payments

3.1 Reseller Fees

Resellers pay ArabiTrader a monthly base fee plus a per-client fee for each active client on their account. The current fee structure is communicated at the time of account setup and may be updated with 30 days notice.

3.2 Payment Responsibility

Resellers are solely responsible for collecting payment from their own clients. ArabiTrader has no relationship with the reseller's clients with respect to billing.

3.3 Pricing to Clients

Resellers are free to set their own pricing for their clients. However, you may not misrepresent the value or nature of the service in your pricing materials.

3.4 Non-Payment

Failure to pay reseller fees will result in immediate suspension of the reseller account and all associated client accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

ArabiTrader grants resellers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under a white-label brand. This does not transfer any ownership of the platform, signals, technology or intellectual property.

• You may use your own brand name and logo on your subdomain
• You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the platform technology
• You may not claim ownership of the signal methodology or AI technology

5. Liability and Risk Disclaimer

5.1 AI Signal Limitations

All signals published on the ArabiTrader platform — whether generated manually or by AI — are approximate and may be wrong. The AI makes decisions based on technical indicators and historical patterns but cannot predict the future with certainty. Signals may result in losses.

5.2 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the ArabiTrader platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All signals are for informational and educational purposes only.

5.3 Reseller Liability

As a reseller, you are responsible for ensuring your clients understand the risks involved. ArabiTrader shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred by your clients
• Claims made by your clients against you arising from signal performance
• Regulatory actions against you in your jurisdiction
• Any consequential, indirect or incidental damages

5.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ArabiTrader harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your activities as a reseller, including any misrepresentation to clients about the service.

6. Termination

ArabiTrader may suspend or terminate a reseller account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Activities that damage ArabiTrader's reputation
• Any legal or regulatory requirement

Upon termination, all client accounts under the reseller will be deactivated. Resellers are responsible for notifying their clients.

6.1 Voluntary Termination

Resellers may terminate their account at any time by contacting ArabiTrader support. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

7. Confidentiality

Resellers agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by ArabiTrader including but not limited to signal methodology, pricing structures, technology details and business information.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration.
